We saw a TON of undeliverable emails and phone numbers not working so we have made this $5. 

PLEASE EMAIL US YOUR TEST! We cant help if you dont provide me a comment with this on what issues you are having. Also phone numbers are very much needed for me to contact you. That is the number one way I will try getting a hold of you so we can try figuring out your issue. Emails make things take days or weeks when we might be able to get you with answers in only 5 or 10 min.

We are seeing way to many people on social media with easy to fix issues however admins on those pages block us giving the correct help needed as they are worried what Harvest Right is going to say to them. 

If you are needing support from Donald. He will contact you via email or phone so you can both set up a time.

Please send log files to admin@fixmyfd.com along with pictures of your function test screens. This test is 30 min of freeze and than add 30 min of vacuum.
